Rainie is actively involved in all components of search execution, including research, candidate sourcing and communication, scheduling, and facilitation of the search process. Prior to joining HSP, Rainie worked at the National Football League primarily as a client relationship manager in the sponsorship group. She was involved in all aspects of managing six prominent league corporate partnerships, including negotiating sponsor packages, facilitating activations, overseeing financial spends, and focusing on generating client-specific results. In addition to her sponsorships experience, Rainie spent time at the NFL working in broadcasting and digital media. Rainie received a BA in Social Studies from Harvard College.
